Global Stem Cells Group Collaborates with Guadalajara Hospital Angeles del Carmen
ISSCA’s training assists hospital in developing better protocols for gynecological treatments.
MIAMI LAKES, Florida—The International Society for Stem Cell Application, a multi-disciplinary community of scientists and physicians collaborating to treat diseases and lessen human suffering through science, technology, and regenerative medicine, traveled to Guadalajara, Mexico in early February to collaborate with area physicians on how to utilize advancements in stem cell research and technology to find new solutions to health issues and concerns.
During ISSCA’s visit to Hospital Angeles del Carmen, physicians with the group partnered with Dr. Norma Patricia Ramos, director of the hospital’s gynecological department. During the two-day visit, ISSCA’s researchers and physicians provided valuable training and guidance on how stem cells can be used to develop better protocols for treating vaginal stenosis.
Vaginal stenosis is a condition that causes narrowing and/or loss of flexibility of the vagina and is a side effect of radiotherapy and/or genital surgery. It is often also accompanied by dryness and loss of resiliency of scar tissue.
The group reviewed new and effective treatment protocols available through stem cell therapies, including combining traditional CO2 laser treatments with stem cells harvested from adipose tissue.
The group also worked with Dr. Ramos and her team on new stem cell protocols to help women who have tried in vitro fertilization to get pregnant but have not experienced success due to a lack of ovarian reserves. The ISSCA group shared new research on the viability of utilizing stem cells from adipose tissue or bone marrow and reintegrating it into the ovaries using a laparoscopy with the goal of increasing ovarian reserves and increasing chances of pregnancy. Poor ovarian reserve (POR) is critical limiting factor for the success of any treatment modality for infertility, and new stem cell treatments provide a promising treatment protocol in increasing the quantity and quality of oocytes in women of reproductive age.

ISSCA announces the 2019 Regenerative Medicine Certification Calendar
ISSCA has released its 2019 regenerative medicine training calendar for physicians, to be held in seven international cities.
MIAMI, Dec. 4, 2018—The International Society for Stem Cell Application (ISSCA) has released its 2019 regenerative medicine certification training course calendar, with programs scheduled in seven international cities and updated curriculum. ISSCA’s objective in 2019 is to provide enhanced educational qualifications to physicians looking for a new approach to treat patients suffering with chronic pain, severe injury, and degenerative conditions and diseases.
The two-day regenerative medicine training course, which teaches easy-to-follow protocols for harvesting adipose and bone marrow stem cells from patients in a clinical environment, will also feature new treatment basics involving allogeneic compounds including exosomes and other compounds derived from (umbilical) cord blood and amniotic fluid, allowing participating physicians to easily and efficiently add certification in cutting-edge regenerative medicine therapies to their practices.
Participating physicians learn how to harvest and isolate bone marrow and adipose-derived autologous stem cells to use in treating multiple conditions.
The two-day course begins with a four-hour lecture on advances in regenerative medicine. Participating physicians will receive more than 12 hours of hands-on training with live patients in protocols for obtaining stem cells from patients, applications that they can take back to their medical offices or clinics and begin using immediately.
Attendees will also receive 12 protocols in digital format to take with them, and gain knowledge and practical skills to easily add regenerative medicine therapies to their practices.

Global Stem Cells Group announces the launch of the new “Regenerative Medicine” vlog featuring interviews with leaders in regenerative medicine.
MIAMI, Sept. 14, 2018–Global Stem Cells Group (GSCG), a word leader in regenerative medicine, has launched a new video blog (vlog) titled “Regenerative Medicine” on its YouTube channel. MIAMI, Aug. 30, 2018—Enthused by the extraordinary success of the International Association for Stem Cell Applications (ISSCA)’s regenerative medicine symposium held at Universidad de Buenos Aires in Argentina Aug. 24, 2018, ISSCA organizers have already begun discussing plans to host the next conference in Miami in summer, 2019.
The 5th annual “Applications of Cell Therapies in Medicine and Aesthetic Surgery,” hosted 250 attendees and featured more than 16 speakers from six countries to discuss the latest clinical stem cell applications for a variety of therapies and treatments including traumatic injuries, pain management, neurological conditions, sports injuries, heart failure, erectile effusion, and aesthetic medicine procedures.
The symposium provided attendees with an opportunity to learn about the most important clinical applications of stem cell therapies from experienced regenerative medicine practitioners.
Leonardo Tacus, M.D., an arthroscopic surgeon specializing in orthopedics, traumatology, and regenerative medicine, spoke to attendees about clinical applications of regenerative medicine therapies to treat injuries sustained by professional athletes.
Jose Benitez, Medical Director of Boston Médical Group Spain. who specializes in male sexual dysfunctions. spoke about stem cell applications used to treat erectile dysfunction.
Calling the symposium their most successful regenerative medicine event to date, iSSCA members and conference speakers held an informative Q&A session lasting three hours until all questions were answered. MIAMI, July 27, 2018—For the third consecutive year the International Association for Stem Cell Application (ISSCA) will sponsor the International Congress on Advanced Therapies in Medicine 2018 on Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

The new web page is designed to help physicians interested in adding stem cell procedures to grow their medical practice or enhance career advancement opportunities find stem cell training program options to enable them to find a training program best suited to their individual needs. ISSCA’s variety of stem cell training opportunities include:
• Online stem cell training course, ISSCA’s cutting-edge online course that teaches physicians everything they need to know to add adult stem cell-based procedures to their existing practice, or confidently transition to a regenerative medicine center. MIAMI, June 7, 2018—In response to the success of a recent stem cell certification course in Lima, Peru, the International Society for Stem Cell Application (ISSCA) has announced plans to hold a second stem cell certification training course for qualified physicians in Lima on August 31, 2018.
ISSCA, the only stem cells organization able to travel around the world to teach stem cell harvesting protocols to physicians, conducted the first course in Lima in May. Eight Peruvian physicians were provided highly personalized, hands-on training in harvesting and isolating adipose- and bone marrow-derived stem cells from four live patients under the guidance of stem cell training experts.
Each participating physician obtains the intellectual property of 22 proprietary protocols that will them to treat degenerative and aesthetic diseases and conditions in their offices. Step-by-step videos of each protocol are provided to physicians for later referral.
Participating physicians acquire the skills necessary to offer an alternative therapy to patients with medical conditions for which no solution is currently available. ISSCA’s stem cell training course allows qualified physicians who earn certification to offer sought-after alternative treatments.
Successful completion of the ISSCA regenerative medicine certification course allows physicians to join a select group of practitioners at the forefront of medical science. Only 5 percent of physicians worldwide access to stem cell therapy studies, and so far only 0.01 percent are practicing these therapies.
The course also provides participating physicians with access to ISSCA’s online stem cell training course to review all content and procedures introduced during the two-day clinical training course, as well as patient forms and guidelines, procedures, informed consent forms, didactic lectures, training booklets, and more,
The ISSCA’s regenerative medicine protocols training course was developed for physicians and high-level practitioners to learn techniques in harvesting and reintegrating stem cells derived from patients’ adipose tissue and bone marrow.
